Welcome to the Institute of Social Oversight

The Institute of Social Oversight (ISO) is a 501(c)(6) Professional Association for the Staff and Volunteers of Watch Groups and similar Auxiliary Security Programs; they will be known collectively as Watch Personnel. We educate and train our members to ensure they are able to navigate through the complexities of human institutions and social organization in order to create and maintain Watch Groups who enhance Public Safety. The ISO believes that improving the capabilities of Watch Personnel to maintain Watch Groups would improve their cohesion, longevity, and utility to the community.
